2011-2012 Women’s Wellness Program Awards

The ATSU Women’s Wellness program will direct on an annual basis half of the charitable gifts received from members to provide ATSU programmatic awards through a competitive process. The award requests are not to exceed $10,000. Applications will be reviewed initially by the Women’s Wellness Awards & Scholarship Committee with finalists presenting to members of the Women’s Wellness program at an on campus session. The Women’s Wellness members will then vote for their favorite program awards. After final approval from the Women’s Wellness Executive Advisory Board, the award recipients will be notified by May of each fiscal year.

These program award applications should not seek funding for research and cannot involve human subjects, laboratory animals, or bio hazardous materials. Interested applicants should apply for items such as equipment, educational materials, training, community service funding, patient care, student resources, campus beautification, etc.

March 9 Award Applications Due
March 21 Finalists Notified
April 4 Finalists Present to Women’s Wellness Members
April 4-6 Membership Voting
April 13 Final Approval by Women’s Wellness Board
April 19 Award Recipients Notified
